Ebooks are delivered by BookFunnel. After you make a purchase, BookFunnel will send a link to download your book to the email you provided at checkout. (If you don’t receive an email from BookFunnel within five minutes of purchase, check your spam or Promotions folder.) If you still haven’t received an email from BookFunnel after five minutes, contact us at hello@sarahkimberly.com.

Print books are printed on demand and shipped by BookVault. Print book printing and shipping times vary, so it may take up to two weeks for your book to be printed and then shipped. Shipping methods with related pricing are shown at checkout.

Yes. BookFunnel has you covered (and will provide instructions). Depending on your device, it may take a few steps to load your book, but if you have any trouble, click the Help link at the top of the book download page or visit BookFunnel’s Reader Help Page.

If you pre-order a book, you will be charged immediately. On the publication date, the book will be delivered to your inbox (ebooks) or printed and then shipped (print books). Please check the book's product page for the publication date.

Per our Refund Policy, ebooks are nonreturnable. Print books may be eligible for return. Please check our Refund Policy for more information.
